 In 2001, Rich and Din, students of the famed International College of Music, eager to see their dream of becoming rock musicians, gathered like minded Andy and Hanafi to give birth to Estranged. Since their first gig in 2001 Estranged has gone on to release their debut album "In Haunting Memory" in 2004, which comprises self-written singles such as 'Chocolate Syrup', 'Velocity', and their first ever Malay single 'Itu Kamu'. 'Itu Kamu' recently won the Song of the Year Award in the Anugerah Juara Lagu ke 22, Malaysia's most prestigious song / music award.
