 Love Me Butch revered for their heavy and melodic sound was formed in 1997. What started out as a common passion in music has turned into one of the biggest rock bands in Malaysia. In 1998, they released their first demo EP, followed by a strong fan base honed by their energetic performances. Remarkably in 2002 Love Me Butch became the first independent band in Malaysia to receive an award in the Anugerah Industri Muzik; voted The Best New English Artiste of 2002. To date, their popularity is such that they get invited to headline big festivals all over Asia.
